ISO 9001 certification success for Aegis
Aegis has gained accreditation to ISO 9001:2008, which is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. The company received the certification following a rigorous assessment process by Alcumus ISOQAR, an independent external assessor. As Alcumus ISOQAR is accredited by the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS), Aegis is now allowed to display the UKAS ‘Crown and Tick’ logo on our marketing material.
The accreditation means that Aegis is providing the highest service levels possible, and cements the Company’s commitment to continuous improvements and demonstrating industry best practice.
ISO (the International Organisation for Standardisation) is a global assessment body responsible for defining industry frameworks that help organisations safeguard business performance and customer satisfaction.
Adam Kaley, commercial director at Aegis, said: “This latest achievement highlights the value we place on structured and validated processes, and the critical role they play in ensuring we deliver a robust and quality service to our broad range of clients.
“We have always been proud of the Aegis way of working but it’s pleasing to have our systems formally recognised as continuing to meet the high standards set by ISO, evidencing that we deliver a standard of work which is consistent and of the highest quality.”
