Association for Project Safety registered practice – again

You might remember that, back in July 2015, Aegis became one of the very first companies in the country to gain Association for Project Safety (APS) accreditation as a Registered Practice for both CDM Principal Designer and Principal Designer Advisor services.

APS is one of the leading professional institutions in the field of construction health and safety risk management and Aegis passed the ISO 9001-accredited process, which required submission of a large amount of evidence followed by a telephone interview, with flying colours.

In July 2016 we underwent the re-accreditation project as a Registered Practice, which had been significantly amended and ‘toughened up’ following the introduction of the CDM Regulations 2015.

We’re pleased to say that once again we passed with ease and so retain our accreditation as a Registered Practice for CDM Principal Designer and Principal Designer Advisor services.  Being a Registered Practice also provides Aegis with an SSIP Level 1 Accreditation for CDM Services.
