Aegis staff sharpen their skills
Congratulations to Aegis’s Emma Eldershaw and Sue Doran, who both gained new qualifications recently.
The staff at Aegis pride themselves on being at the forefront of all aspects of their work. It is an on-going process for them to stay current and to gain new skills and training as part of their professional development.
To this end two recent notable achievements have been Emma Eldershaw, one of the firm’s senior CDM co-ordinators, gaining her NVQ Level 4 in Health and Safety Management, and Sue Doran, health and safety consultant, passing her NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Emma’s new qualification, which involved study by distance learning with Bury College over the period of a year, should lead to her becoming a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) in the near future and add further to the company’s reputation for excellence in the service it provides.
Adam Kaley, the firm’s commercial director, commented: “We are very proud of Emma and Sue. We have many highly qualified staff at Aegis and Emma and Sue add further to the extensive health and safety skills and knowledge present within our business.”
