Aegis staff member India charity trek

Sue Doran, an employee at Aegis Services Ltd, has recently returned from India having completed a five-day trek in India to raise money for St Catherine’s Hospice.

Along with a team of other fundraisers, Sue trekked through the Kingdom of Gaddi. Over five days, the team travelled through rhododendron forests, Hindu settlements, and Buddhist monasteries. Started out at 2,000 metres above sea level, they ended up at over 3,550 metres up in the Himalayas. A little bit different to her day job! Sue also works as the Health and Safety Officer at St Catherine’s.

To date Sue has raised over £2,000 for the hospice. A massive congratulations to Sue and the other fundraisers – we’re extremely proud to have you as part of the team here at Aegis.
