Aegis retains APS Registered Practice status
We’re pleased to announce that Aegis has retained its Registered Practice status with the Association for Project Safety (APS).
The APS is the professional institution involved with construction health and safety. It ensures professionals in construction have the necessary skills, knowledge, experience, and training to make Britain’s buildings safer.
Aegis undergoes an external independent inspection annually to remain a Registered Practice with the APS for the provision of CDM principal designer, principal designer adviser and client’s adviser services.
The APS auditor stated that Aegis had achieved “a very good pass” and that it was “refreshing to see really good documentation”.
By successfully passing the inspection Aegis also gains a Safe Systems in Procurement (SSIP) Accreditation for those services.
Adam Kaley, our commercial director, comments: “We’re really pleased with the feedback we’ve had as part of independent inspection. Holding this status is a solid sign of our expertise and the trust that our clients are able to place in us.”
