BRE Environmental Assessments (BREEAM)
BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) is the most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. It is the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the recognised method of describing a building's environmental performance. A BREEAM Assessment covers a range of topics relating to the design and management of a project during its design and construction.

Aegis staff have been appointed as BRE Assessors for projects of up to £50 million in value. One third of all BREEAM assessments conducted by Aegis have achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating, with the other two-thirds achieving a ‘Very Good’ rating. Under the Code for Sustainable Homes Aegis staff have been appointed as assessors on over 100 projects.
