CDM-C Bolton School Infants’ Building

Aegis was awarded the contract for CDM Co-ordination for the construction of Beech House, a new Infants’ School building at Bolton School. The project cost over £3.5 million and ran from May 2009 to July 2010.

The architects for the project were Cassidy and Ashton, with the principal contractor G & J Seddon. Although the design of the Infants’ School is modern, it makes reference to the architectural heritage of the main school buildings through use of similar features and materials.

Bolton School appointed Aegis as CDM Co-ordinator on this project in recognition of the excellent service and support that the company has provided to the school over the past two decades.

Bolton School was one of Aegis’ earliest clients and the firm still works closely with the school.
